Before: Patient needs restorations on Central Incisors. Presents with Upper Anterior Teeth decayed and fractured. Lower Anterior Teeth have excessive build up. Gum recession is present in both Upper and Lower quadrants of the mouth.
After: Smile restored with placement of two Porcelain Non-Metal Crowns. Scaling and Root Planning completed.
